Hi, I am Lauren.
I am an artist, an encourager, a student, and most relevantly a photographer, but most importantly, I am a daughter of the King.
Currently, I am in school at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, studying Biomedical Physics and planning to attend medical school following graduation. In Nashville, you can find me studying in the library, walking around Radnor Lake or down 12th South, trying out new restaurants with friends, and most importantly, taking photos wherever I go. At Lipscomb, I work under the university's main photographer, photographing various events held all around campus during any given week, and in my free time, I am delighted to take on my own personal clients locally in Nashville, capturing families, couples, and graduates!
Additionally, I call Cape Coral, Florida to be my home, sweet home. For the most part, all of my family is located in Florida, and I visit quite frequently. For this reason, I still take on many sessions in SWFL, so if you are located in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Estero, or Naples, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask me about my travel dates!
My journey with photography began with naïvety, but thankfully has bloomed into a cultivated part-time job and a fulfilling creative outlet. The summer before going into sixth grade, I asked my mom if I could borrow her camera, and immediately, I spent my summer running around our backyard taking pictures of anything and everything! With a little bit more sophistication, it is amazing that years later, I still find myself taking pictures of anything and everything.
This photo was taking by one of my dear friends in Bar Harbor, Maine in the middle of a field of wild lupines during the summer.
